Sorry this is a couple days late!
It is Tuesday December 6th today and the Varsity Boys Basketball Team did beat Kingsley 67-40 last night. The J.V. boys won also 49-29. Both teams played well and represented McBain in a positive way.
Next game is Wednesday Dec. 7th at home with Glen Lake..
General Shop- The students and I went over hardware (hinges, handles, knobs etc) on Monday so if there out and about over Christmas Break they could look at some hardware or purchase it. This should not be a real expensive endeavor. In class we are working on the doors to their nightstand. They will be raised panel to match the sides of their project.
Advance P.E. and High School P.E.- There will be no P.E. this week because of Challenge Day. The gyms will be off limits !! On Friday the elementary has a program in the morning as well!!
So there will be no weekly grade in the computer for P.E. students or weight lifting points either.
Advance Shop- Things are going well despite the fact that students are ready for Christmas Break!!
Some projects finished so far this year include a nice oak Cedar Chest by Elizabeth Naranjo.
Kyle Zuiderveen made a real nice Oak Gun Cabinet too.
