1st game for the Varsity and J.V Monday at Glen Lake 6:00 pm away.
Advance P.E/ High School P.E- Breaking students into teams this week and playing soccer on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday we will skip the weight room and do more exercises on the gym floor. Students seem to be getting bored with the weight room. For example, students will work more on exercises that deal with the core. Those students who getting a low grade currently are just not dressing or participating. They can still raise their grade simply by dressing and getting involved in class.
General Shop- All students have the face trim on their and are working on the trim around the base.Students are required to bring a tape measure and a pencil to class everyday! Students will have a writing assignment due before Christmas that will need to be typed. The assignment will deal directly with how they went about making, routering and fastening on their base trim.
Advance Shop- Monday I will be going over how to figure "AREA" and " PERIMETER" . Student will have various objects that they will need to figure out the area and perimeter for like a square, rectangle and triangle. There will also be a handout for them with a sample "ACT" test problem on it. Students also need to have a tape measure and a pencil everyday. The rest of the week will be working on projects.
